IPod Classic or Touch?
First off, does anyone know if Apple will be releasing a NEW Touch this year? If so, can you please give me a tiem frame?

In comparison of iPod Touch and iPod Classic,Classic has advantages .Memory . Battery Life and Classic looks more solid and less fragile than Touch.brbrBut iPod Touch is packed by features and as you said it might be very helpful in your education if you want it to be. You can also carry all your files on it and dictionary ,Wikipedia , google VOICE search, UNIT converter.brbrRegarding battery I would say actually Touch has pretty decent battery back up but users use it so much that they feel it drains quickly.brbrIt has WiFi so you can listen Pandora radio, watch JOOST music video,httpm.nbc.coma TV shows Truvideo, vSNAX other videos and of course metacafe,dailymotion and you tube. brbrSo, you dont need to put all your media on it , you can enjoy all the songs and music video without storing them on it. If you like a music video you can save link so that next time you can just tap and go. Its just like having it on device.brbrA bigger Touch is coming this year probably but it will be more like a Tablet not an iPod.brI personally am not exited coz for me it should either be as small as iPod Touch or iPhone or it should be full size Laptop like MacBook or MacBook Pro. I dont like Mini Notebook idea.
